We offer an option to return an item. You can exchange it to a different item or receive a store credit. We do not offer a refund unless in the unlikely event of an item being faulty or store inventory being inaccurate. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. However, should your items be visually damaged or opened on receipt, please ensure that you notify the carrier before signing for your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and / or with tags.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
